Sunny Beach Hills (SBH) is a multi-storeyed property situated at 300-400 meters distance from the beach, by the intersection connecting the road Burgas - Varna and the internal highway of Sunny Beach, connecting Nessebar and St. Vlas. There are many elite hotels, shops, and restaurants close to the complex. Some of the apartments at Sunny Beach Hills have view of the sea, while others are turned to the pitoresque forest covered mountains. Naturally, the rooms of the lower floors can't boast any spectacular view.
The SBH complex consists of two blocks: one of them has entrances from A to C, the other is smaller and has only one entrance — D. The apartments are marked like A 1.1, where the letter is the name of the entrance, the first number — the floor, and the last number — the number of an apartment on a floor. There are several types of apartments, but the one bedroom ones (with frige, shower, balcony, oven, iron) are the most numerous.
There are two swimming pools and a cosy restaurant in the yard, between the two buildings of the complex.
The property has been developed by the Mela Invest company (
see their site) in 2007-2008. At the moment when this text is being written, GoogleMaps doesn't have a photo fresh enough to have the SBH complex on it; but you
can see the place very closely.
Sunny Beach Hills is close to the Sunny Beach, probably
the best beach of Bulgaria, but far enough not to hear the all night long noise of the beach restaurants and discos. A larger food shop is in 5 minutes walking distance from the gate of SBH to the right (if you are facing the gate), the last stop of the bus 1
(going along the Sunny Beach to the long distance bus station and to Nessebar, the UNESCO World Heritage island town) is the same distance to the left
(„the last stop“ means that you always can take a sit without any problem).
