I have a lot of doubts and I will present them here later this night.
Please give your own comments so that we present a more or less uniform standpoint to Tsanka.

Well, basing on Tsank's draft I have written something I think is clearer and just simpler. The draft proposed by Tsanka is great, but I believe it embraces two things: maintenance AND partly Rules, which have to be created separately. Why separately? Because Rules are something that should be created once for all, to be applied independetly from who makes the maintenance.

Please analyse it, sleep with it over night and add/correct your suggestions (and correct my English PLEASE!)
Just few comments:
1. our partner is the company, not its manager
2. payment deadline end November
3. this contract will not have to be presented to any official Bulgarian entity so it does not have to be in Bulgarian
4. contract valid one year to see how it works. We tne may prolong it it change it if we find changes are necessary (life will show).

I haven't received much feedback re my proposal except for Michael7 and Baloo, who stressed the importance of limiting the rise of fee for next years.
This means having to sign an unlimited time agreement, which is OK as long as we have the right to termninate it.
I will change my draft accordingly and will propose it to Mela.
If Mela agrees to it, I will sign it.

Hi I agree that something must be sorted out about the maintenance fee and that it should not be able to be incressed to an unresonable amount or we will all have difficulties in renting our apartments at a reasonable price what with the electric and flights being expensive we could be struggaling as it is. I am sending this to Tsanka for approval and will inform if she gives an OK.
Just to explain one thing: I changed the price from 6 eur to 12 Lv, which is the same for Mela. But giving it in Lv allows us to specify maximum acceptable rise for next season. Also, according to latest news Lv may be devaluated in nearest future.
