Hello

We have just joined the website. We have an apartment in B Block at SBH, overall we are pleased with it, although we have lots of snagging that needs to be addressed, I am sure you must have your problems too. Any thoughts of what the cost of electricity and water
are going to be or what you would expect to pay, feel the cost is quite high, anybody got any thoughts on this. By the way we are from Enland.

For those who wants their appartment to be rented it seems a good idea not to install many devices. Washing dishes and clothes by hand seems not so difficult, still that might spare real euros.

I also think that during a rental consuming electricity might rise, because a guest at the appartment is not interested to turn the electricity consuming devices when leaving the room (for a day-long stay by the sea, for example). In hotels they use different systems to make sure that all devices turn off when nobody is in.
I mean, living in one's own room may be cheaper.

It`s too much I think. I paid 52 leva (27 euro) for 19 nights rental per studio apartment. Price per 1 kWh is 0.09660 leva during day time and 0.03385 leva during night time without 20% VAT. There is additional fee also - all kWh*0.05506 leva!
